Autumn dinner at the National Gallery
For this Autumn dinner held in the Barry Rooms at the National Gallery, Rocket Food created a setting to work in harmony with the richness of the surrounding decor and classical artwork.
A dramatic long table seated 30 guests. Anthracite chairs and table linen provided the framework, reflecting the black marble columns supporting the grand ceiling.
The ornate frames of the paintings and architectural features were referenced with Baroque Platinum glassware and Kings cutlery. The Autumn theme was carried in warm floral decorations, chosen to complement the richly coloured walls.
A range of seasonal wines and food were chosen to reflect both the season and the sumptuousness of the paintings.
